FREE UPS Ground Shipping on Continental US addresses Only. All in stock items are usually shipped the same day if the order is placed before 2pm EST (*not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed by internet or by phone receive the same priority handling.
Returns
Epic Digital Inc. Provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased, except special order items and all international orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by calling us here: 1-800-749-8412 and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. If items are returned damaged or used in any way they may be refused or a restocking fee of up to 25% may be imposed. Any shipping charges accrued from Epic Digital Inc. are none refundable unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.
• Cutting or removing any cables from purchased equipment such as DVR units or cameras voids all manufacture warranties.
• Custom built systems may not be returned or cancelled once built, items within the malfunctioning unit will be replaced or repaired.
• All International orders are FINAL
• Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
• You MUST call us to issue an RMA :
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
• Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on the outside package
• You must include all packaging materials.
• Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
• All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
• We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number
• Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
• You must pay any return shipping expense.
• Free shipping offer not available for order changes and/or modifications after shipment.
• Free shipping offer not available for returns or exchanges of equipment.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.
Epic Digital Inc. 3 Year Limited Warranty
Epic Digital will repair or replace, without charge, any merchandise proved defective in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years after the date of shipment. Sender must pay shipping to Epic Digital , Epic Digital will pay shipping back to sender. Epic Digital assumes no risk and shall be subject to no liability for damages or loss resulting from the specific use or application made of the Products. Epic Digital's liability for any claim, whether based on breach of contract, negligence, infringement of any rights of any party or product liability, relating to the Products shall not exceed the price paid by the Dealer or purchaser to Epic Digital for such Products. In no event will Epic Digital be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of use, loss of profit and claims of third parties) however caused, whether by the negligence of Epic Digital or otherwise. Exceptions and Terms to this warranty are as follows: modification, alteration, misuse, abuse or Customization of Epic Digital products voids all warranties and return rights. Removal of serial numbers and other inventory/product control measures or mechanisms voids the warranty. All cameras and electronic equipment must be installed using surge protection in the form of in line surge protection or a UPC connected to the power source of the cameras ect. All cameras must be used with power pigtails when connecting to a power source, failure to do so will result in a voided warranty. Items under warranty may be replaced with matching like new items. Warranty is valid for 3-year from original date of purchase. PTZ cameras and Hard Drives are excluded from the 3 year warranty due to many moving electronic parts. We will honor a 1 year warranty on PTZ cameras, Power Distribution Panels and Hard Drives.
To obtain warranty service please call us at 1-800-749-8412 , we will then issue you an RMA so you may send your product to us.
Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your repair or replacement.
